Simple moter speed Cntroller circuit Wiring diagram

This is a simple motor control schema diagram.Free Circuit Diagrams 4U has given you speed controllers before this but the specialty of this schema is  this schema can be operated with 3V.Here I have used Bc557 and Bc338 transistors.I suppose this would be a very useful schema for you all
